Specialty Answering Service History
Our roots can be traced back to 1985. In that year, Emily Cardin founded a small start up service in the Philadelphia suburbs. Over the years, the call center operation grew into a strong local presence. In 2003 Nicolas D'Alleva founded HVAC Answering Service, a national answering service company operating in the same Philadelphia regional area. In 2004, the companies merged. The new business was formed into a corporation and was re-branded with the name "Specialty Answering Service". The new company focused servicing businesses and professionals nationwide. Specialty Answering Service has been operating as HVAC Answering Service, Inc. DBA Specialty Answering Service for 7 years, but as a telephone answering service which grew from a small local service to a national one for almost 30 years.
