How Do We Hire So Many Multilingual Operators
Many of the operators at Specialty Answering Service have language specialties which include English, Spanish, and French. For all other languages, we have contracts with third party language services where operators outside of our service translate the callers requests and speak to our operator, much like a translator would. The third party acts as a liaison between the customer and the multilingual answering service operator.
Though we are specialists in many languages and fluent in many languages, there are some languages we must use a third party operator if we don't have the call center agents at our facilities that speak the languages or they are unavailable.
