Some of our customers use their toll free number just for call forwarding while others will advertise the toll free telephone number which will ring directly to our answering service without any call forwarding necessary. If you ever choose to leave Specialty Answering Service, we will not hold your toll free phone number. We will release the toll free to your posession where you will take over monthly billing **if your account is in good standing**.
Because of the volume of toll free numbers we have, we get them heavily discounted. When you take over the numbers, your charge from the toll free provider will be higher than what we are charging you for the toll free rental.
