Based on how we bill, you receive a base rate charge to cover your current month on the 1st and an overage charge which is a total of any overage charges from the previous billing month (if you go over your call plan). If you cancel service, you may still receive a bill which should only contain any overage charges from the previous month.
If you feel there is an error or are still receiving invoices as if your account was still "active", please submit a support ticket or contact our billing department at 1-866-688-8912 for a resolution.
