For all prospective customers that are testing our answering service through our free trial period, we will suggest a call plan (or per minute usage plan) based on your usage from the trial which we estimate as your most likely call volume pattern for a 1 month period. If your traffic during the trial was atypical and you feel you will get more or less consistent volume as a client, you can easily change the plan at anytime by emailing our customer service office at firstname.lastname@example.org or calling our customer service office at 1-866-688-8912.
For all clients that are not eligible for our trial and are signing up for our call center services, please try to pick the per minute plan that you feel will be the best reflection of your call volume based on the formula:
If when you receive your invoice, you feel you would benefit from a larger or smaller per minute plan, simply contact our customer service office. We are always happy to work with you and adjust your most recent invoice to save you the most money each month you use our answering service.
