Verification Survey to Provide Product / Service Reviews

What is a Verification Survey?
Simply put, it is a task that is often provided by an answering service, call center or outbound telemarketing house. The verification survey can be handled initially by the call center and passed off to the sales team, or can be handled first by the company's sales staff and the handed off to the call center. In either equation, the call center is a key component of the verification.
Up Front Verification
Often times a company will receive several leads which need to be qualified. This can be done through the use of a call center verification survey. The call center agent contacts these potential sales, and qualifies through a series of scripted questions, as to the viability of the prospect. If the lead qualifies and meets the necessary criteria, the caller is warm transferred directly to a sales team. This saves valuable time and allows the sales staff to concentrate only on the most optimum leads.
If the potential lead does not meet the established qualifications to be passed on a sales representative, the call center representative will rate the viability of the lead based on a predetermined scale. This allows the sales staff to prioritize and pursue potential business that is determined to be a warm lead after they pursue the hot leads.
Back End Verification
Often times after a sale is made, a business needs to use an outside party to verify that they in fact have agreed to a sale.
