We understand that your call volume may fluctuate depending on the time of year, when you’re airing new products, or just because! With SAS, you never have to worry about over paying for service, as we have multiple plan options to choose from. In addition, you are able to upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime within the month depending on how much call volume you are getting.

During your busy season you can upgrade to a higher call plan for maximum coverage, and then once your calls start to dwindle you can downgrade to our Economy Plan to help capture those end of the season leads that may be trickling through.

What’s affordability without options? Specialty’s affordable answering service not only gives you multiple pricing plans to choose from, but we also offer two different platforms, both with their own pricing structure. The flexibility in options allows you to choose a plan that’s going to suit your service needs.

  • Advanced Service: On our pay per minute Advanced service level, take advantage of our secure, HIPAA compliant online portal to retrieve and review messages and calls, download reports, update on-call schedules, access call-scripting, and more! Our advanced service level is priced by the minute, and usage is monitored so you always know if you’re on the right plan or not.
  • Essentials Service: Want your answering service to feel more like an in-house receptionist and less like a call center? Sign up for our pay per call Essentials service for a more mom and pop vibe and pay by the call instead of by the minute, with pricing starting at about $1 per call. This service level doesn’t come with all of the bells and whistles our advanced service does, but is generally a more budget-friendly option and just about as close as you can get to a flat rate service.

At SAS, we think overpaying for service stinks. That’s why on our Advanced service level we have systems in place to help make sure you’re never overpaying. Each plan we offer is broken down into cost effective thresholds which we help monitor, and automatic alerts are sent if you happen to exceed your plan’s threshold. If you’re not great at checking your email, simply log into your secure online portal and check for alerts that will let you know if you’re on the right plan or not.
